As stated in the Road Safety Agency, what happens is that the Agency’s director, Jasmina Milošević, was not extended her mandate (it expired on November 13), and only she is authorized to sign documents such as Certificates.
So now, for example, all those who are engaged in the import and sale of used cars, in addition to the duties paid, cannot obtain a Test Certificate from the Road Safety Agency, which is necessary for the vehicle to be registered .
Car owners who want are in trouble too to attest / recertify a gas appliance, tinted glass, built-in hook and any other modifications.
It is now waiting for the Serbian Government to appoint a new head of the Road Safety Agency or to extend the status of ABS Acting Director Jasmina Milošević.
