The problem, as it is unofficially said, is rejection Pristina will discuss the implementation of the 2013 agreement, which implies the formation of the Association of Serbian Municipalities.

The next round of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, scheduled for September 28 in Brussels, has been questioned due to Pristina’s refusal to discuss the Union of Serbian Municipalities, as Tanjug has learned in Brussels.

European diplomatic sources told Tanjug that the next round of expert talks between Belgrade and Pristina, as well as the high-level meeting between Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and the Prime Minister of the Provisional Institutions of Kosovo, Avdulah Hoti, are “still in progress. doubt”.

The problem, as it is unofficially stated, is Pristina’s refusal to discuss the implementation of the 2013 agreement, which implies the formation of the Union of Serbian Municipalities.

Tanjug sources claim that the EU told Pristina that it could not “choose what it will negotiate and what not”, because it has already agreed on the agreed agenda, which includes talks on the implementation of all the unimplemented agreements of the Brussels Agreement.
