A Libyan national BA (30) was stabbed in the chest area on Wednesday morning in the town of Jala on the border between Serbia and Hungary.

On the street of that town in the municipality of Novi Kneževac, the locals found him and reported him to the police, Novosti reports.

The injured migrant was transferred to Senta General Hospital by the Emergency Service, the Kikinda Police Administration told “Novosti”.

Police teams are said to be on site, searching the area, and an investigation is underway.
