The owner and director of the Wireless Media company, within which the newspaper “Kurir” also operates, Igor Žeželj published a letter on his website addressed to the Council. He called for the exclusion of Jelisaveta Vasilić from the Council’s work and decision-making regarding the applications of Marinika Tepić and the Freedom and Justice Party, and because, as Žeželj believes, there is a conflict of interest.

Žeželj says that the contract between Telekom and Wireless Media is a trade secret, and that “as a citizen of the Republic of Serbia and a participant in economic life, he finds it incomprehensible and unacceptable that the media lynch him and his companies, in which members of the Board also participate. The Board at no time considered it necessary to invite any participant in the commercial relationship that should be evaluated for discussion, or request information, document or statement on any circumstance related to the entire case. “

At the end of the letter, he asks the Board members not to “expose themselves to material and immaterial liability for knowingly damaging reputation and causing harm” to him personally, to his companies or to other market participants, including Telekom Srbija.

Remember In a post-session statement presented to H1, the Council reported that it was with that letter. Igor Žeželj tried to pressure the Council.

As they stated, “the attempt to pressure also motivated the Council to analyze the Agreement in question even more deeply and precisely, for which the Council will request additional information from the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Telekom Srbija ad and Wireless Media”.
