And this very morning, I changed my tires, I put on winter ones: this is the story of Vladislav Halisav, whose car was damaged when, according to unconfirmed information, the trolley bus on Cvijićeva street in Belgrade broke off and collided with two more cars .
According to him, he couldn’t even imagine his car left in the parking lot getting damaged like that.
“It is good that we are all alive, that no one is seriously injured,” added Vladislav, who otherwise lives near the crash site.
The traffic accident occurred this morning around 10.50 am. Although the exact cause of the accident has not yet been officially determined, according to eyewitnesses, the troll allegedly lost control and ran over several cars in Cvijićeva.
Zdravko Injac was at the epicenter of the accident.
– I was moving in the car when the crash happened. A crash, then another … A car hit me three times from three sides, it made me move – Injac explained for RTS.
Neighbor Goran Perunučić, he says, flew off as soon as he heard the noise. According to him, in this part, the Cvijić drivers drive very fast.
– When they run from Dimitrija Tucovića Street, nothing can stop them. Maybe just a stoplight, but even that’s not safe, says a saleswoman at a nearby RTS store.
Three people were slightly injured in the accident. A police investigation will determine if the trolley driver lost control of the vehicle because he was driving fast or if there was some other reason for the collision. Traffic in this movement normalized shortly before 2:00 p.m. or three hours after the traffic accident.
