After the isolation in San Diego, the riots began, as if the food had lost its flavor and I no longer felt like I belonged there and decided to move – says Brad Beckett.
– Why Belgrade? I just looked at which countries were open and Serbia didn’t ask for a test on the crown, says Brad Beckett, an American who moved to Belgrade in August.
Brad is in Europe for the first time and is completely delighted with Belgrade. More precisely, in his speech through the channel “YouTube”, he says that “he cannot believe that such a place exists on the planet”!
During the walk from the Serbian Assembly to Knez Mihajlova, Brad shared his impressions of Serbia. Of all the places Brad has been, he says that Belgrade is better than Bali or Thailand.
– Urban transportation is fantastic, and in the United States I would never get on a bus that I do here every day. I’m sorry I didn’t move in sooner, ”says Brad.
Traffic
Breda is only bothered by traffic, because he says he is more afraid of cars that appear out of nowhere.
He says that Belgrade is certainly not a perfect place, but the prices are excellent. He points out that the wardrobe is not expensive either, as well as that the supply in stores is excellent, because the shoes can be bought for $ 50.
Pharmacies are on every corner, hospitals are great, and he’s sorry that no more Americans have chosen Serbia as their place of residence.
– For 400 dollars, I rented an excellent apartment not far from the Assembly and I will stay here at least six months, and maybe a year, because I never in my life had a better apartment and I did not feel more relaxed – says Brad.
She loves Knez Mihajlova, the museum of the Serbian capital, the street where she lives. He tells everyone to come to Serbia, because you will not regret it!
– I feel very safe, even at dawn when I come home drunk I feel very safe, because Belgrade is as safe as Europe seemed two decades ago – Brad concludes.
