Scared and bruised, her mother found her and MR was arrested and placed in preventive custody.

Our relationship was very turbulent, we often reconciled and fought again, and occasionally we saw each other even after the breakup, he allegedly told JM at the prosecution, who has no contact with Ana Mihajlovski, although they are close relatives. She said that on the fateful day, her ex invited her to see her in town. – I agreed to meet him. We were in town, had a drink and went for a walk around Svilajnac. When we got back to Pozarevac, he suggested that we go to his apartment. We left and he began to insist that we have sex; the victim explained what was happening that day, but also at night.
– I didn’t want a relationship with him, which I told him, but he insisted. I tried to explain that I wouldn’t, and when I headed for the door, he pounced on me and was violent. I resisted, but he threatened me and beat me, and he had a gun. In the end, he raped me, he allegedly told JM during questioning.

At the hearing, the suspect claimed that he did not rape his ex-girlfriend and that she agreed to have sex. MR has been convicted up to eight times, and this year he was sentenced to three years in prison for domestic violence.
