Very dangerous criminals almost willingly turned to the group’s executioner, Veljko Belivuk, whose members flawlessly devised a monstrous plan to lure the victims to a house in Ritopek, from which none of the opponents emerged alive.
Veljko Belivuk also known as Problem counts and Marko Miljković, as suspected, drew up a detailed plan on how to lure his victims into a house in Ritopek without arousing their suspicions; they were contacted through associates, inviting them to speak.
As stated in the order of investigation of the Organized Crime Prosecutor’s Office, Belivuk and Miljković organized a criminal group in early 2019, which was made up of 20 other people, and which aimed to commit murders, kidnappings, but also to sell narcotics. Likewise, as reported by Blic, the Prosecutor’s Office suspects this group of possession of weapons, as well as money laundering.
“Belivuk and Miljkovic created a plan to commit these crimes under the guise of the fan group ‘Principles’, in order to gain primacy in the criminal environment of intimidating rival groups, taking over the drug market, assassinating members of other groups, and what plan They are these members accepted and each one of them, in accordance with the orders and instructions of the organizers, carried out certain actions for the purposes of said plan ”, it is indicated in the order of the Prosecutor’s Office.
It is suspected that in August, that is, November and December 2020, they committed up to three kidnappings and murders. According to the prosecution, it is suspected that the victims of Goran Veličković Goksije, Milan Ljepoja and Zdravko Radojević were lured together to speak. Neither Belivuk nor Miljković organized meetings, but they instructed three young men, members of their group, who knew the victims from before and had a closer relationship with them.
Therefore, it is suspected that the three victims arrived at previously agreed locations in Belgrade, where their contacts from the Belivuk group were waiting for them. Then, it is suspected, they changed their cars for theirs, without doubting that a few hours later they would be tortured and killed.
According to the order of the Prosecutor’s Office, the victims were taken to Belivuk’s house in Ritopek, where they, Belivuk, Miljković and several other people were killed.
– Then they tried to destroy the traces of this crime by burning the clothes of the victims, cleaning the area with various chemical agents to remove the corpses and traces of the crime – it is said in the order of the prosecution.
Veljko Belivuk’s criminal group is charged with up to six different crimes for which he faces a sentence of 20 years or life imprisonment. All of the suspects have been in custody since their arrest, which expires early next month.
It should be remembered that the police discovered that Veljko Belivuk, aka Velja Nevolja, and his associates had posts in at least 30 locations in Serbia, and one of them was Rudnik Mountain, where Belivuk was arrested on February 4, while, as reported suspected, he went to burn cars used in crimes.
