Members of the police in Kruševac and Trstenik arrested Nenad U. (36) from Trstenik in a joint action on suspicion that he kissed a 19-year-old man on the night of October 29-30.
As confirmed for “Novosti” from various sources, the report on the horrible crime against the guy came in on Friday morning and the police began searching for the suspect.
According to the information from “Novosti”, everything happened around two hours after midnight, at the gas station where the victim usually works. It is suspected that the crime was committed in the bathroom of the gas station and that the suspect forced the victim to satisfy him orally. For now, the whole case is being treated as a criminal act of rape in a particularly humiliating way, for which a sentence of five to 15 years is threatened.
– When someone from the vicinity of the victim discovered all this, the case was reported to the police and an investigation was launched – says the source of “Novosti”.
– The suspect was arrested on Friday afternoon, and interrogated on Sunday after the detention measure expired for up to 48 hours. In this phase of the procedure, that is, the presentation of evidence, he defended himself by keeping silent, the source adds.
The investigation of a serious crime is being carried out by the High Prosecutor’s Office in Kruševac, where it declined to comment on the case. After questioning, the suspect was detained for up to 30 days. Interlocutors of “Novosti” in Trstenik are dismayed by this case, but out of fear of the suspect, when he has a bad reputation for years, they do not want to speak in public.
