The working hours of all stores, restaurants, cafes, betting houses, clubs are limited to 11 at night, and this epidemiological measure lasts for almost a month.
However, some of them, despite the tremendous growth in the number of new coronavirus cases in Serbia, still do not respect this measure.
That is, although the crisis staff members said that the only exceptions were the pharmacy and the pump, many fast food restaurants were open even after 11pm and there were long lines in front of them.
There has been a lot of controversy about fast food outlets that have counters and where you don’t have to go inside to order food. Are they allowed to work or not?
As huge queues are being created in front of the counters while waiting for the order, it is logical that this type of work is prohibited, and this was confirmed by epidemiologist Dr. Predrag Kon.
“They are not allowed to work after 11pm either,” Dr. Kon said briefly.
Two days ago, crisis personnel proposed to ban the gathering of more than five people, both indoors and outdoors. Also, in addition to the mini holidays, which are intended for elementary school students next week, high school students will join them.
