About New Years Eve

Epidemiologist Branislav Tiodorović today expressed his conviction that no decision will be made on the approval of the organized celebration and New Year’s Eve.

– I know the position of my colleagues, most of the Crisis Staff members think that we will not take action on the organized New Year’s Eve. We will cut that on Monday when we make a decision for New Year’s Eve – said Tiodorović.

When asked if he thinks there is a discrepancy in the crisis personnel measures, giving reason for some to believe that there will be an organized reception and sale of arrangements, Tidorović said: “Whoever decided to sell arrangements is their problem” .

Tiodorović noted that there will certainly not be a positive decision in favor of an organized reception.

As for the Zlatibor concert, for which tickets are sold, according to him, it is clear what measures exist and how many people can attend outdoors.

“The question is how someone programmed something like that,” he said.

About the vaccination plan

– The plan exists, the dynamics of carrying out this plan have already begun. For me personally, and for my colleagues, it is a great thing that we are among the three countries in Europe where vaccination has started. Yesterday, we got vaccinated in nursing homes in Belgrade and Novi Sad. Today he is in Nis. I think the vaccination will go quickly – said the doctor, answering the question about the vaccination plan.

Citizens showed responsibility for the glory of Saint Nicholas

– We are very satisfied that the citizens had a positive attitude on this issue and that the glory of Saint Nicholas passed without incident – declared Tiodorović.
