Members of the MUP arrested Dragan B. from Novi Sad on Wednesday for the crime of attempted extortion.

It is Mladen Devetak who asked the target in this case and local media write that Dragan B. tried to extort 40,000 euros from him.
The young defender had to change managers under duress and Dragan B. was arrested in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior and the Directorate of Criminal Police.
Meanwhile, FC Vojvodina also issued a statement:
– Regarding the information that appeared today in the media, in which it is stated that a person close to certain members of the FK Vojvodina leadership was arrested on a well-founded suspicion that he committed the crime of extortion, the football club Vojvodina informs the public that it is completely surrounded by the actions of the detained person. All members of the FC Vojvodina management learned about this case exclusively through the media. Football Club Vojvodina emphasizes on this occasion that it is ready for full cooperation with the competent investigative bodies, in order to establish the truth and shed light on this fact, according to a statement published on the official website.
The interesting thing is that Mladen Devetak was on loan from Vojvodina to Kabel for a time before that.
