NOVI SAD – The Novi Sad police arrested AA (38) and MT (28) from this city, due to the existence of reasons to suspect that they committed the crime of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs.
AA is suspected of selling 11 grams of amphetamine to a 34-year-old Novi Sad resident who threw a bag of drugs in front of police officers.
MT is also suspected of mediating in this sale.
During the search of AA’s apartment, police found about 52 grams of amphetamines, two digital scales and money they suspect was acquired by selling narcotics.
AA and MT have been detained for up to 48 hours and will be taken, along with a criminal report, to the chief prosecutor in Novi Sad.
Criminal charges will be brought against the 34-year-old man from Novi Sad, due to the existence of grounds to suspect that he committed the crime of unauthorized possession of narcotics.
