He stabbed his unmarried ex-wife (26) and his father-in-law and mother-in-law without trial with a knife

PARACÍN – Members of the Ministry of the Interior in Paracin arrested a 36-year-old man from Paracin for violating the urgent measure to prohibit access to his unmarried ex-wife, which was imposed on him on March 1 of this year.

It is suspected that he arrived last night at the home of his unmarried ex-wife and, after a brief discussion, stabbed her and her parents. The girl (26) and her father (62) suffered minor injuries and the girl’s mother (57) suffered serious bodily injuries.

Due to the existence of reasons to suspect that he committed the criminal acts of domestic violence, minor bodily injury and serious bodily injury, he will be charged in the ordinary procedure before the competent Prosecutor’s Office the criminal charges. The suspect was taken to the Paracin Juvenile Court, where he was sentenced to 50 days in prison.

He was previously banned from approaching on suspicion of physically and mentally abusing his wife.
