Members of the police in Kruševac and Trstenik arrested Nenad U. (36) from Trstenik in a joint action on suspicion that he kissed a 19-year-old man on the night of October 29-30.
As confirmed to “Novosti” from various sources, the report on the horrible crime against the guy arrived on Friday morning and the police went out in search of the suspect.
It all happened about two hours after midnight, at the gas station where the victim normally works. It is suspected that the crime was committed in the bathroom of the gas station and that the suspect forced the victim to satisfy him orally. For now, the whole case is being treated as a criminal act of rape in a particularly humiliating way, for which a sentence of five to 15 years is threatened.
The day he was arrested on suspicion of raping a young man, Nenad U. became a father. He already has a son with his wife.
“When all this was discovered by someone close to the victim, the case was reported to the police and an investigation was launched,” says the source.
“The suspect was arrested on Friday afternoon, and interrogated on Sunday after the detention measure expired for up to 48 hours. At this stage of the procedure, that is, presentation of evidence, he defended himself by keeping silent,” added the source .
The investigation of a serious crime is being carried out by the High Prosecutor’s Office in Kruševac, where it declined to comment on the case. After questioning, the suspect was detained for up to 30 days.
“You can even hear the suspect’s acquaintance who is shocked, that such behavior is probably a consequence of some disorder and being in prison,” say the interlocutors.
