Radoslav Gile Stanisic was arrested this morning after a brief search of the report of a 17-year-old boy whom he kidnapped yesterday and, threatened with a pistol, asked him to hand over the encrypted phone that he allegedly had in his possession.

According to the allegations in the report to the police, which “Pobjeda” knew, the 17-year-old from Podgorica agreed with his friend Stefan Popović by phone last night around 5 pm.

When he left the house, a black “Audi A8” was parked in front of the front door, with tinted rear windows, from which his friend SP got out of the back seat and a guy (Gile Stanišić) got out of the driver’s seat, wearing a jacket Red, brown hair and slimmer complexion, whom she did not know personally but knew from the public.

– Then Stefan came up to me and said “Get in the car” after which he grabbed my upper arm, while with the other hand he lowered his head and got me into the Audi. The 17-year-old said his uncle’s brother MV and two other young men were in the car with a guy unknown to him and Stefan.

– My uncle’s brother then pointed to the boy behind the wheel and said “this is Gile”. Gile turned to me and held out his hand and introduced himself, after which I greeted him with the words “good night” – said the seventeen year old.

They were transported by car from Mutrovina to Gil’s home in Zagoric.

– While we were driving, Gile asked me to give him an encrypted phone, to which I replied that I did not know what an encrypted phone was. “Don’t lie, there is your brother, I know he has your phone at home. You bought it two or three days ago. They drowned you.” I denied everything because I didn’t know what it was about, which is why Gile suggested that I behave better, says the seventeen-year-old.

When they arrived, they parked in the garage of Gile’s house, everyone got out of the car and Gile entered the house and returned with a bulletproof vest and in his left hand he was holding a larger black pistol.

– Then he told me “if you don’t give me the phone tonight, I can do everything, do something so they won’t find you, you won’t be there tomorrow. I know where you live, I know who you’re with, they’re spying on you there.” The whole time he was threatening me, Gile had a gun in his hand from a distance of half a meter, pointing it at me – said the seventeen-year-old.

The minor claimed that Stanišić also threatened his friend NV, saying that they had already tried to kill him but failed, but that he would make sure that happened.

With threats to his life, Stanisic returned to the subject of the encrypted phone, and the young man promised to bring him the encrypted phone, promising not to flee, fearing for his life.

Stanisic gave Popovic a gun with which the seventeen-year-old, his uncle’s brother, and Stanisic got into a blue “Audi A3.”

– We don’t talk on the way to my house. I told them to park at the polygon near the house. As soon as I got out of the car, I ran to the house of my friend NV, to whom I told everything that happened and then I called the police – said the minor.
