– The injured party TT stated that on September 16, around 1 in the morning, by prior agreement with suspect MK, she arrived at the apartment where she was staying, where they fought, and then the suspect grabbed her hair with his hand right and then knocked her down. on the floor and so he crawled down the hallway of the building from the front door of the apartment to the elevator, all the while uttering threats to the injured party, and while holding her hair, he slapped her with an open fist on the right side of her face. the right side of her head, after which he suddenly let go, as a result of which she hit the floor with her head – it is said in the indictment’s statement.
Also, according to the statement, he said that he immediately took a taxi to his sister T. T, who was questioned as a witness, and that she suffered bodily injuries to the head area in the event in question, but that she sought medical attention. then two days because it was getting worse then. She joined the criminal prosecution and pointed to the property claim.
– Witness TT stated that she did not have direct knowledge of the fact because she did not attend, but that the injured party, her sister TT, arrived at her apartment that night around 03:00, that she was crying and that she was told that the suspect had her beaten. MK, that the injured party was upset and stressed and crying all the time, that despite the request of the injured party not to report the incident to the police for fear that the suspect MK would kill her, he did so and that the police arrived soon. The witness also claimed that the injured party described in detail how the suspect beat her and the threats he made. He also stated that he noticed that the injured party had injuries in the neck area and both legs, that it was swollen, as well as that he complained of a headache, the statement said.
In the subsequent course of the evidentiary procedure, the prosecution will order the medical expertise of the injuries of the injured person, obtain video recordings from the security cameras and, if necessary, take other actions to fully and correctly establish the facts, after which make a decision in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure.
