A cruel crime
The murder of this little girl shocked the whole of Italy by the unprecedented cruelty of the convicted stepfather. – There were 38 injuries to the child’s body, 17 were only on the forehead, ears and jaw. The girl was hit with a wet belt, slapped, kicked, hit with a clothes dryer. Her stepfather tugged at her hair until it was pulled from her scalp. He also hit her on the head with his shoes. The girl had 50 percent of her body swollen and injured, according to the coroner’s report.
