Bieber, who is intensely involved in the region, but especially in Serbia, has published the book “The Rise of Authoritarianism in the Western Balkans”, and in 10 points he writes to Vučić and Marko Đurić, addressing him as “a noble and dear prince of Luxembourg “, he answers in 11 points, which say:

10. Lies are always megalomaniacal, because big lies are easier to pass than small ones.
11. Prince, read Kipling and you will see that those who want to become kings do not always end up winning … And, when we are in Kipling, be a man, my son! ”.
In the foreword to the book, Bieber, a political science professor and expert on the Balkans, first “congratulates” Vučić on his electoral victory and then “advises” him.
