The situation with the corona virus is getting worse and Belgrade is no longer just a city with a large number of infected people. The crown is ravaging our country, and consequently local governments have decided to face the epidemic on their own: more and more municipalities have introduced a state of emergency!
In just a few days a state of emergency was declared in up to 7 municipalities, and if we add to that all those in which the state of emergency is already in force, we come to a clear conclusion, there is no joke with the coronavirus.
In recent days, the number of municipalities in Serbia in which a state of emergency has been declared is gradually increasing. Yesterday it was proclaimed in Ruma, Irig, Mali Zvornik, Bogatić and Paraćin. Information about the declaration of a state of emergency in Ljubovija and Krupanj was published the day before.
Ruma
According to the latest official data, the number of people suffering from coronavirus in Ruma is 55, which created the conditions to make such a decision. In addition, stricter measures have been taken to prevent the spread of the virus. These measurements are:
– Restriction of the work of the catering facilities until 9:00 p.m.
– Recommendation to pour alcohol up to 20 hours.
– Prohibition of all demonstrations, celebrations, exhibitions without consent (this also applies to owners of large halls, facilities, restaurants who must not organize weddings, celebrations, baptisms …)
– The rent for owners of catering facilities from November until the end of the emergency situation has been reduced by 50 percent.
– Disinfection of buildings, disinfection of squares, markets
– Sports competitions without the presence of the public
Vrdnik
An emergency situation has been declared in the Municipality of Irig due to the increase in the number of patients. The number of patients in that municipality is 19. One of the measures is to close the pool because there is a large flow of people coming from the surrounding cities to the pools in Vrdnik, which could further increase the number of patients, reports Ozon .
Measures that have entered into force:
– It is forbidden to hold mass meetings of all kinds where there are more than 10 people indoors or 100 outdoors.
– The working hours of the catering facilities, facilities for the organization of games of chance, night clubs, are limited to 9:00 p.m. Measures are also imposed in these facilities: as long as there are dangers of the spread of the infectious disease COVID-19, live music is prohibited, both outdoors and indoors. It is forbidden to pour alcohol after 8 pm. Smoking is not allowed in closed facilities. The number of guests at a table is limited to 2, which means there can be one person for every 4 square meters. The use of masks is mandatory in all facilities, both indoors and outdoors. Masks are mandatory for employees and guests, except when consuming food or beverages. The noise level is also limited to less than 40 decibels.
– Opening hours of stores and shopping centers, except the opening hours of pharmacies and gas stations, at 9:00 p.m.
– Mandatory use of protective masks in the market.
– It is forbidden to organize any type of children’s celebration in the games rooms, in order to reduce the infection.
– While there are dangers of the spread of the infectious disease COVID-19, live music is prohibited, both outdoors and in the closed part of the facility.
– It is forbidden to pour alcohol after 8 pm.
– Smoking is not allowed in closed facilities.
– The use of indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spas and wellness centers is prohibited.
Mali Zvornik
At the suggestion of the Sabac Public Health Institute, the Mayor of Mali Zvornik Zoran Jevtic made the decision to declare a state of emergency in the municipality of Mali Zvornik due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation caused by the spread of the infectious disease Kovid-19 and non-compliance by citizens of crisis personnel. these diseases, and for the purpose of further implementation of preventive measures for the protection of safety and the protection of life and health of the population, is indicated on the website of the Municipality of Mali Zvornik.
Measures taken:
– It is forbidden to gather more than five people indoors and outdoors if it is not possible to provide a distance of more than two meters.
– In public parks and play areas, as well as during outdoor exercises, it is allowed to gather up to five people, with the appropriate personal protection measures.
– In all enclosed spaces it is mandatory to wear masks and to respect the physical distance of two meters. The ban on organizing ceremonies and other entertainment events is also in force.
– The working hours of the restaurant facilities and nightclubs are limited so that the facilities will not operate from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next day, while the restaurant facilities that have a garden will not provide a restaurant service in the part The facility is closed from 9 pm and in the open part from 11 pm to 6 am. hours the next day.
– It is mandatory to adapt the operation of the catering facilities so that no more than two people can sit at a table, except in the case of parents and minors or people who live in a common home, with a mandatory distance of two meters between the tables.
– In the institutions of upbringing and preschool education, the full application of all preventive measures has been ordered.
– Primary, secondary and higher education institutions are obliged to postpone additional meetings, and organize examinations with the application of prescribed protective measures, such as a physical distance of two meters, the mandatory use of masks and gloves and the availability of disinfectant 70% alcohol based.
– In public transport in the Mali Zvornik municipality area, the use of masks is mandatory and it is allowed to carry a passenger in the seat, with more frequent ventilation and disinfection of the vehicle after driving.
– The implementation of protective measures, which include the use of masks and gloves, is mandatory in religious facilities and during religious ceremonies, in beauty salons, hairdressers, beauty salons, gyms and gyms.
– Frequent disinfection is mandatory in all public buildings and common areas in residential buildings, as well as the more frequent washing of streets and public areas, with the use of disinfectant.
– The Headquarters for Emergency Situations of the Municipality of Mali Zvornik asked citizens to try to carry out as many jobs in the Municipal Administration by phone or email, without going to the municipal building, and to citizens who have problems with respiratory infections and fever that they immediately contact the Kovid health ambulance in Mali Zvornik in order to obtain advice and instructions for future actions.
Bogatic
At the session of the Municipal Headquarters for Emergency Situations, a state of emergency was declared on the territory of the municipality of Bogatić. There were seven items on the agenda before the members of the General Staff and ten new orders were issued.
A decision was also made on similar protection measures in that municipality. Among the measures indicated on the municipality’s website, the following two stand out:
– It is ordered to measure body temperature when entering public facilities, as well as to install means of disinfection of hands and barriers in front of the entrance to public facilities.
– It is ordered to implement protection measures in religious buildings during the performance of religious rites.
Paracin

An emergency situation has been declared in the territory of the municipality of Paracin due to the worsening of the epidemiological situation, it was published on the website of that municipality.
The emergency situation was introduced at the suggestion of the Head of Emergency Situations, and due to the increase in the number of examinations in the Kovid dispensaries of the General Hospital and the Health Center, the increase in the number of newly infected and hospitalized patients.
The Commander of the General Staff, Vladimir Milićević, said he had to react quickly due to the large number of people infected with the corona virus.
He explained that measures are being introduced to limit the work of the catering facilities until 9:00 p.m. and ban all celebrations.
He called on citizens to celebrate in the family circle.
He said disinfection of the entire city will begin.
Ljubovija and Krupanj
The day before, information about the declaration of a state of emergency was published in two other municipalities in Serbia: Ljubovija and Krupanj.
The following measures have been introduced:
– Prohibition of indoor and outdoor gathering of more than five people, if it is not possible to provide a physical distance of two meters and the appropriate personal protection measures. Up to five people are allowed to gather in public parks and play areas, as well as during outdoor exercises, with appropriate personal protection measures;
– In all enclosed spaces, it is mandatory to wear masks and to respect the physical distance of two meters;
– Ban on organizing ceremonies and other entertainment events;
– The working hours of the catering facilities and nightclubs are limited, so the facilities will not operate from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next day;
– The working hours of the catering facilities that have a garden are limited, so these facilities will not provide catering services in the closed part of the facility after 9:00 p.m., and in the open part of the facility (garden) from 23:00 to 6:00 the next day;
– Adapt the work of the catering facilities so that no more than two people can sit at a table, except in the case of parents and minors, or people who live in a common home, with a mandatory distance of two meters between the tables;
– Full implementation of all preventive measures in preschool educational institutions;
– Postpone additional meetings in institutions of primary, secondary and higher education, and organize examinations with the application of all protective measures (physical distance of two meters, mandatory use of masks and gloves, as well as the availability of alcohol-based disinfectant 70%);
– In public transport, it is mandatory to wear masks, one on the seat, ventilate the vehicle as often as possible and disinfect the vehicle after driving;
– Implementation of protection measures in religious buildings and during the performance of religious rites;
– Implementation of protection measures in beauty salons, hairdressers, beauty salons, gyms and gyms (masks and gloves);
– Frequent disinfection of all public buildings;
– Frequent disinfection of common areas in residential buildings;
