The epidemiological situation in Serbia is stable, but a high level of responsibility is necessary in the coming days, the Crisis Team for the fight against the corona virus announced after today’s session.
The Crisis Team for the Protection of the Health of the Population against Infectious Diseases Covid 19 today discussed the current epidemiological situation in the Republic of Serbia.
In the session, a unified position was agreed that the current favorable epidemiological situation is a reflection of the exclusively high responsibility of citizens shown in the previous period.
Greenland, the Vatican and Serbia
According to available information and the so-called incidence rate, Serbia is the best country in Europe after Greenland and the Vatican last week. The incidence rate in Serbia was 6.94 per 100,000 inhabitants, while the same figure in Germany was 29, in Italy 34, Great Britain 94, while in Bosnia and Herzegovina per 100,000 inhabitants the rate of incidence was 97. Let us remind you that the epidemiologist and crisis staff member, Dr. Darija Kisić Tepavčević, said this morning after the session of this government body for the fight against coronavirus, that he is 10 times more likely to be infected with corona in Croatia than in Serbia, and in Montenegro up to 100 times!
All these figures, as is known, can be reversed in a relatively short period of time, and from one of the most favorable epidemiological situations of the moment, we can become unfavorable if we behave irresponsibly with ourselves and others and that is why it is important maintain a high level of discipline. as long as possible.
“Soon, the faculties will open their doors to students, and the crisis staff firmly believe that, based on experience with elementary and secondary schools, with the utmost respect for preventive measures, classes can run smoothly,” Crisis staff said.
Longer operation of cafes and restaurants without a garden.
With the arrival of autumn, and with it the colder weather, the Crisis Staff decided to extend the working hours of the cafes and restaurants without a garden until 11 at night.
Such a move can in no way be called mitigation of measures, since now is not the time for such a thing, but more harmonization with climatic conditions and seasons.
Any irresponsible behavior will be seen in two to three weeks.
