A preparatory hearing is scheduled for today in the trial against Stojanka Stojanović (71) of Zvezdara, accused of the murder of investor Zoran Trifunović (59) in September 2018, in the High Court of Belgrade.

The preparatory hearing will be closed to the public and will take place Stojanovic will briefly plead guilty, and then the court will schedule a trial, which will be public and in which you can present your defense in detail.
Stojanovic is under house arrest, as he has been in custody for several months.
After several expert reports on her procedural capacity, it was deemed that she was in a position to be tried.
She is accused of the crime of homicide, for which she faces a sentence of five to 15 years in prison.
Trifunović was killed on King Alexander Boulevard, in the territory of the municipality of Zvezdara, on September 2, 2018, and the murder was recorded by security cameras. As you can see in the video, he was killed in the middle of the street by a woman with two shots. Then he continued on foot to his house. When the police found out what happened, there was a knock on her door and Grandma Coka was asleep! He later denied having anything to do with the murder and, as determined, took the gun from his son, a lawyer.
Trifunović was prosecuted for falsification of documents, construction without a building permit, coercion, extortion, but he was never convicted.
