The Center for Social Work took care of a six-year-old girl from Zrenjanin, before whose eyes her mother Stanislava M. (41) killed her husband Branislav M. (39) yesterday.
As Minister Zoran Djordjevic said for TV “Prva”, the child will have a tutor in the future, but first we must work with him so that he does not have psychological consequences for all that he has lived through.
The Minister also said that, as soon as they received the information that a minor attended this event, they ordered the Center to see which family it was.
– They were not in the records of the Social Work Center, there were no reports for any reason. The Social Work Center went to the scene and took care of the child, who will receive custody in the future. The important thing is that we must take care of that child, so that the consequences and traumas that will be present are reduced to the lowest possible level – said Djordjevic.
He added that he issued an order to the Center for Social Work to pay special attention to that child.
– I ordered them to appoint a psychologist who will have special treatments with that child. Today we will go to the place where the child is temporarily located to see how the Center organizes it. We must try to mitigate all the consequences that a child may have in the future – said Djordjevic.
Let us remind you, all of Zrenjanin, but also beyond, was shaken yesterday by the news that a former Zrenjanin teacher was stabbed to death by her husband, apparently a minor daughter, but also a neighbor.
The gruesome crime took place in the morning in the Bagljaš settlement, after which Stanislava M. was arrested, detained for 48 hours, after which she will be brought before the prosecutor.
