These days, they will receive 13 salaries, the amount of which is the amount of the gross amount of one of their salaries, and they will exercise that right with the profit of this public company, which was around five billion dinars at the end of last year, he has known “Blic”.

They received this New Year’s gift at age nine, because the last time the 2011 business year bond was paid was because they had to return the 2015 one, which was paid to them, by order of the then government. This practically means that just over 1,100 employees of this company will receive a net salary and a half, that is, it averages about 100,000 dinars.

This right derives from the collective agreement that was signed a few years ago, according to which the bonus, that is, 13 salaries, must be paid at the end of each year if the company has obtained benefits, 10 percent of that result.

Since the profits were made, they won’t get 10 percent yet, because then about 500 million dinars should be set aside for those purposes. According to information from “Blic”, the unions gave up that maximalist amount and agreed to allocate a total of 168 million dinars for all those purposes.

The reason for this agreement between the union and the management of the company is that it was agreed to set aside three billion dinars of the profit to cover the losses of this company from the previous period.
