German Bild published a sick text about Amfilohije: The leader of the homophobic church died of the crown!

However, many stood out in the broadcast about the dead metropolitan, and probably the strangest example of this is the news of Amfilohije’s death published by the German tabloid “Bild”.

Under this title a series of facts and statements were ordered, which were completely taken out of context, and then packaged in a highly sensational way.

Thus, in the introduction, the journalist from “Bilda” writes that the Metropolitan fought fiercely against the Government of Montenegro for the Law of Religious Freedom.

– He saw this as an attempt to expropriate his “pro-Russian” church with the aim of creating a separate Montenegrin church. – it is written in the text, in which the colonialist way sees the tendency to interfere in the complex problems of a region. Questions that don’t concern you and that you will probably never understand.

– The Serbian Orthodox Metropolitan of Montenegro and the Litoral, Amfilohije, passed away on Friday at the age of 82. He was infected with the corona virus and succumbed to pneumonia – “Bild” continues, although the metropolitan tested negative for kovid before passing away. The fact that he died “of the crown” is also highlighted in the title.

We can also read how “lithium participants neglected collection bans for months due to the corona virus pandemic,” further mobilizing the opposition, which won the elections in August.

– El Metropolitano and his followers mostly ignored the measures prohibiting meetings. He himself is rarely seen with a mask on his face, he writes “Bild”.

Now we come to the point of the text and the keyword of its title: the homophobia of the deceased metropolitan.

This is how they reminded us of the victory in Eurovision of the Austrian transvestite Konchita Wurst, whom the metropolitan described as an example of a lost path through which society moves.

– We have to think if this path is correct, and if what is happening is normal and part of human nature – asked the metropolitan at that time, which was described as a “crazy explanation” in the writing of “Bild”.

The indispensable “criminals” of The Hague were also in the parade of prejudices, such as Radovan Karadzic, whom the metropolitan Amfilohije “glorified even though he was sentenced to life imprisonment.”

In the end, it was pointed out what probably bothers them the most: that Amfilohije strongly defended pro-Russian views, without explaining what exactly the dangerous “pro-Russian” views are. That didn’t stop the “Bild” journalist from repeatedly running this worn-out mantra through the text.

Like in a bad American action movie, there is a mix of backward Orthodox Church, Russians, Hague convicts and suspected war criminals, homophobia and a deadly virus. All that remains are zombies to make the distorted western picture of our region complete.

However, no text from “Bild”, nor any foreign or regional portal, will change the fact that his people, who knew him better, said goodbye to their pastor today.
