NOVA VAROSH – Divers from the Gendarmerie approximately half an hour ago, this morning around 10.30am, removed the body of N. M. (16) from Nova Varos, who drowned in Lake Zlatar last night.
As Kurir unofficially discovers, the body was found at a depth of 3-4 meters, about 20 meters from the shore. It is still unknown how the accident happened, but there are two versions in circulation.
According to one, three boys arrived at the lake yesterday afternoon for a trip and to socialize. They gathered there, hung out, had a little barbecue, and supposedly even bathed once. The terrible tragedy, according to this version, occurred when they allegedly took a plastic boat, less than two meters, towards the lake, further from the shore.
The weak boat sank, the children fell into the water, the other two somehow made it to the surface, but not the unfortunate N.M. At that time, there was no one else on shore who could help the unfortunate boy.
According to another version, the children were allegedly swimming when N.M. at one point it simply disappeared underwater. His comrades are still in shock.
