In all of Serbia, the most expensive square meter of a garage on this mountain has just been paid for, with a fantastic 3.33 thousand euros. Yes, you read that correctly, a square meter of the most luxurious apartment in Belgrade costs so much.

The latest data from the Republic Geodetic Authority for the third quarter of this year shows that a 27-square-meter garage was sold in Kopaonik for a total of 90,000 euros. For the sake of comparison, luxury real estate in the most elite parts of the capital can be bought for so much money. For 90,000 euros, you can buy a nice two-storey house on the outskirts of Belgrade, and you can buy a 100 square meter apartment on the outskirts of the city.
