The latest statistics have now shown that it is not possible to find a parking space in Kopaonik during the season, as the old saying goes, like finding a needle in a haystack. In all of Serbia, the most expensive square meter of a garage on this mountain has just been paid for, with a fantastic 3.33 thousand euros. Yes, you read that correctly, a square meter of the most luxurious apartment in Belgrade costs so much.
The latest data from the Republic Geodetic Authority for the third quarter of this year shows that a 27-square-meter garage was sold in Kopaonik for a total of 90,000 euros. For the sake of comparison, luxury real estate in the most elite parts of the capital can be bought for so much money. For 90,000 euros, you can buy a nice two-storey house on the outskirts of Belgrade, and you can buy a 100 square meter apartment on the outskirts of the city.
According to another indicator, Kopaonik ranked first in the latest real estate report. The most expensive commercial space in Serbia was sold on this mountain at a price of 7,168 euros. By the way, the most expensive retail space that changed ownership was sold for over a million euros at Vracar in Belgrade.
One hectare in Šimanovci is more than one million euros
Šimanovci has long been known to be a premier industrial destination due to its good infrastructure and proximity to the motorway, as well as the proximity of Belgrade and the airport. And it was in Šimanovci that a record land price was achieved. One square meter was sold at a price of 110 euros, which means 1.1 million euros per hectare.
By way of comparison, 3.8 hectares were sold in Novi Sad for 960,000 euros, which is almost four times more surface area for a lower price.
At the same time, the highest price for agricultural land was in Novi Sad, where a square in Kać was sold for 25 euros, and the highest price agreed was in Kula, that is, Ruski Krstur, when 102 hectares were sold for 1.3 million euros.
Recently, a storm arose in the public when a natural person charged 100,000 euros for a field in Vojvodina. The locals of that town were also in awe, stating that the price was incredible.
