The chairman of the People’s Party Legal Council, lawyer Vladimir Gajić, assessed this evening that Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić is “Serbia’s biggest problem, with a capital N”, and not the arrested Veljko Belivuk, also known as Velja Nevolja, and that by arresting her group, “the criminal regime is an organ that could poison the entire organism.”
“The crime infected the security structures, the police, and then the prosecutor’s office and the court, and that virus cannot be eliminated with any vaccine, surgery is necessary,” Gajic said in the program “Impression of the week” from Nova S. television broadcast by the Popular Party.
“Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin probably learned of the action to arrest Belivuk when other citizens did, that is, he was not informed about it in advance. “Vulin cannot pass the security check in connection with such action because he is involved in the ‘Jovanjica’ case,” Gajic said.
He added that Vulin defends himself by appointing him Minister of the Interior, so now “a man contaminated with ‘Jovanjica’ must supervise the work of the police.”
Gajic added that Nebojsa Stefanovic was appointed Defense Minister, and the Defense Ministry “is directly involved” in the case of “Krusik” rioters Aleksandar Obradovic. “Vucic, however, cannot control everything and there are problems in the fight against crime that surpass Serbia. The driver of the owner of ‘Jovanjica’, Predrag Koluvija, who is accused in the case ‘Jovanjica 2’ and is defending himself at liberty, was recently arrested in a US DEA action for heroin. In that context, this case must be seen, “Gajic said.
He claimed that Vulin and Vučić “obstruct the investigations” and that Vučić interferes in all important cases. “Krušik, Jovanjica, the matter of ‘wiretapping’ and the arrest of Belivuk are a case, the Prosecutor’s Office made a big mistake after 2000.
“The murders of Djindjic, Curuvija and Stambolic and the two murders of Vuk Draskovic were a single case, and they tried five cases and high-ranking officials of the BIA had their way,” Gajic said.
He believes that a “one-party regime” has been established in Serbia, in which the “state mafia clan” of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić is growing, and many people in power are strengthening and forming their own small organizations, which causes “clashes and conflicts in the regime.”
“All the big scandals that are shaking the government are the result of their marijuana being under pressure and that over time it will start to explode,” Gajic said.
