Serbian citizens can also enter Ukraine as long as they have an insurance policy.

Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers lifted the previously introduced ban on entering Ukraine for 30 days for foreigners and stateless persons.

All foreigners were barred from entering until midnight on September 28.

“As of September 28, 2020, foreigners and stateless persons can cross the state border to enter Ukraine, provided they have an insurance policy issued by an insurance company registered in Ukraine or a foreign insurance company with an office of representation in Ukraine or a contractual relationship with the insurance company. “The insurance policy must cover the costs of treating the coronavirus and be valid during the period of stay in Ukraine. The requirement to have an insurance policy does not apply to certain categories of people, “the Ukrainian Embassy in RS said in a statement.

A general requirement of self-isolation has been established for all categories of travelers arriving in Ukraine from countries with a significant number of COVID-19 infections, as well as for foreigners who are citizens of those countries.

The list of countries with a significant number of infected with the corona virus since September 25, 2020 was published on the website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
