Police arrested four policemen in two separate actions, one of whom is suspected of selling drugs and the other three of abusing his official position in dealing with migrants, the Interior Ministry (MUP) announced today.
Photo: Pixabay / luctheoAccording to complaints from the Interior Ministry, JB was arrested when police found 58 kilograms of marijuana packed in 47 packages while inspecting his car at the highway exit near Velika Plana.
Police officers SP (33), JS (36) and DC (42) are accused of taking money and mobile phones from migrants in September this year, which they later sold.
The suspects were detained for up to 48 hours, after which they will be taken to the competent prosecutor’s offices with criminal charges.
