The renowned American magazine Forbes has included Serbia in the list of the five countries that it recommends to tourists who want to visit less well-known European destinations, and together with our country, Moldova, Latvia, Slovakia and Montenegro are also on the first list.

In addition to the illustration of the Temple of Saint Sava, Forbes recommends its readers who like to visit destinations “off the beaten track” to come to Serbia, which, as they say, is full of natural hot mineral springs and features world-class spas. which attract visitors from all over Europe.

“Vrnjacka and Ribarska Banja stand out as popular destinations for rest and relaxation,” says Forbes.

Visits to cities with historical heritage, such as Nis or Novi Sad, are also recommended, noting that the former is the hometown of the Roman Emperor Constantine and the latter is the nickname “Serbian Athens”.

“No visitor should miss out on a visit to Belgrade, one of the oldest cities in Europe, which is not only full of archaeological excavations, but also has a ‘lively scene’ for food and drink lovers,” Forbes writes. .
