For the first time since the beginning of the coronavirus epidemic in Serbia, Belgrade is not in first place in terms of the number of new cases!
According to the latest results of the Institute “Trampoline”, the Serbian capital has been in second place for two days, as only 33 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in 48 hours. Thus, Belgrade has a total of just over 2,550 infected people, that is, just under 27% of all cases in Serbia.
However, in the last two days, he overtook the capital: Leskovac! In the last 48 hours, 41 new cases were registered in this city in the south of our country, 21 today and 20 yesterday, according to official data from “Trampoline”.
As has already been revealed, the largest number of infected people are workers at “Jure” in Leskovac, the largest factory in this part of Serbia.
After Leskovac and Belgrade, in terms of the number of newly infected in the last 24 hours, Nis and Vranje continue with eight cases each, Bor with four, Majdanpek, Kursumlija and Smederevo with three each, Surdulica and Veliko Gradiste with two.
