“Nobody can force the commissions to work faster, they are completely independent. It is the prosecution that will inform the public about the causes of the accident. The army cannot carry out the process, we are here to gather evidence,” said Vulin.
There is still no explanation for why the pilots did not catapult.

Vulin did not respond to the question as to whether flying in that area was planned.
