Even today, the crown numbers are alarmingly high, with the four largest cities in Serbia still registering the highest number of infected people. However, the situation is not better in other smaller cities in our country.
As usual, the capital occupies the first place on the list with 1,778 new cases, about 200 more than yesterday. In second place is Novi Sad, where 540 positive patients have been registered.
330 new cases were registered in Nis, and this city is closely followed by Kragujevac with 302 new cases.
Kraljevo was entered on the list of more than 200 infected people, where 244 new infected people were registered, while in Pancevo there are 211.
There are 185 new cases in Čačak, 168 in Subotica and 165 in Valjevo. It is followed by the cities of Šabac with 140 new victims and Vranje with 134, while 108 are registered in Užice.
In other cities, fewer than 100 were registered, so that in Leskovac there are 95 new infections, in Zrenjanin 88. There are slightly less in Kruševac (83), as well as in Bačka Palanka (81).
79 new cases were registered in Pirot, 75 in Prokuplje, followed by Smederevo with 75, while in Trstenik there are 73 positive patients. There are 70 registered in Bor, while in other cities in Serbia there are less than 70 new cases.
Let us remind you, in the last 24 hours in Serbia, 20,514 people were tested for the corona virus, 7,818 of them tested positive, while sadly 57 people died.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health and the “Trampoline” Institute, there are 289 patients on ventilators in hospitals throughout Serbia.
