Last night five babies were born in Belgrade in the first two minutes of New 2021.

As the Beta agency was told at the Narodni Front maternity hospital, a child was born seconds after midnight.

In the first two minutes of 2021, two girls were born at the Institute of Gynecology and Obstetrics on Visegradska Street.

Two more children in the first minutes of 2021 were born in the “Dragiša Mišović” maternity hospital, reports RTS.

The director of GAK in Visegradska, Aleksandar Stefanović, told RTS that a total of 13 girls and seven boys were born in that maternity hospital last night.

For the first three babies, 300,000 dinars each

Today, the mayor of Belgrade gave a cash voucher of 300,000 dinars to the doctors on duty at the “Narodni Front” maternity hospital for the first-born in 2021 in Belgrade, the city administration announced.

Radojicic said that a total of six babies were born in the “Popular Front” last night.

He announced that the three babies born in the first minute after midnight in three Belgrade maternity hospitals will receive 300,000 dinars each.

The boy is the first baby in Kragujevac

In the maternity ward of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic of the Kragujevac Clinical Center, around three thirty this morning, the first baby was born, a boy, who will receive a gift with a greeting card from the city of Kragujevac from 100,000 dinars.

According to Beta, the first-born weighs 3.6 kilograms, and two more babies, a girl and a boy, were born at 10:00 a.m.

At 2:29 p.m., the first resident of Novi Sad was born in 2021.

The Mayor of Novi Sad, Miloš Vučević, wished the family good health and success and conveyed congratulations to the mother and baby to the employees of the maternity hospital.

200,000 dinars were provided for the firstborn and 50,000 dinars for all children born today in the city.

Babies born on February 1 on City Day are claimed to also receive 200,000 dinars each.
