The heads of two clinics and an institute of the Military Medical Academy (MMA) were removed from their positions, and decisions on the change were handed over to them on Wednesday, September 16, H1 has learned from sources close to the now former chiefs.
The director of the Institute of Medical Research, prof. dr sc. medicine Danilo Vojvodić, Head of the Emergency Internal Medicine Clinic prof. Dr. Slobodan Obradović and the director of the Clinic for skin and venereal diseases prof. dr sc. medicine Lidija Kandolf Sekulović.
We were unable to obtain an official confirmation of this information, and according to our sources, in recent days, a total of seven chiefs have been removed from the Military Medical Academy.
What all the dismissed mayors have in common is their support for the open letter sent to the Government of the Republic of Serbia and other competent institutions by the doctors gathered in the group “United against Kovid”.

It should be remembered that a group of 350 doctors, in a proclamation published on July 21, drastically distanced themselves from the Crisis General Staff of the Republic in the fight against kovid-19 and demanded their dismissal, stating that Serbia was in a catastrophe public health.
In early September, the “United Against Kovid” initiative became a citizens’ association of the same name, and the number of doctors who supported the open letter with their signatures increased to almost 3,000.
