For Serbian citizens to return to Serbia from abroad, they will have to show a PCR test for the coronavirus at the border, which is no more than 72 hours old, “Blic” has learned.
This decision was made at today’s crisis headquarters meeting, which is dealing with the crackdown on the crown virus epidemic in Serbia.
Crisis personnel decided that a negative test for the virus should be a condition for entering the country, that is, free movement. If the person returning to the country has not had the test, they will have to be immediately directed to the isolation of their home for 14 days, when they must also have a crown test.
As for foreigners coming to Serbia, the process of entering our country will be somewhat more complicated.
That is, they will first have to go to a special commission under the supervision of the Government, the Commission is made up of representatives of the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
After the commission approves their entry into Serbia, they must also show a negative test for the virus that is no more than three days old, or be isolated for two weeks.
