The Dutch prosecutor’s office is seeking life imprisonment for Serbian citizens Dejan (33) and Denis A. (32) and their father Camil (59), accused of four murders on the property of a company that sells cannabis preparations in the city Dutch of Enschede, the borders with Germany.

Do citizens of Serbia deserve life imprisonment?

They are accused of killing four people on November 13, 2018. Max Klassen (62), Tuan Guyen (43), Arthur Sargsyan (34) and Maikel Akfidan (27) were killed on the fateful day, and are suspected of the motive for the murder was pending accounts in narcotics deals. All four died within five minutes and all were shot in the head …

Guyen is believed to have been the real target, having previously been linked to drug trafficking. The other three did not have a police file and Akfidan and Klasen are believed to have been killed because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time. However, it is unclear how they found themselves in the wrong location around 2 a.m. when the murder occurred.

– There is a suspicion that the owner of the farm did not deliver quality hemp seeds to Dejan A., which resulted in a financial loss of several tens of thousands of euros. So he came with his father and brother and shot everyone who was there, the Dutch media wrote.

The prosecutor who demanded the strictest penalty for this crime explained in his final comments how cruel the liquidation was.

– They were killed, like animals. Brutal. The killers didn’t mind running around dead bodies, they were looking for money, the prosecutor said during the trial that took place last week, AD reports.

That is, one of the victims had about 8,000 euros with her at the time of settlement, but that money was not found later.

The Dutch public, as well as their families, followed the trial of the Serbian citizens with great attention.

Prosecutor Aidan van Vin said that everything indicates that it was a planned crime, although to this day it is not known who drew the weapon. Both father and children did not want to know who the murderer was in questioning.

– Even if they are sentenced to the highest punishments, it will not ease our pain. It’s as if someone was joking with us – said Max Klasen’s wife.

The verdict against the three citizens of Serbia will be pronounced on November 6.
