Serbian ski resorts announced today that they are implementing and monitoring all epidemiological measures to ski safely, so skiers are obliged to wear protective masks / scarves, gloves, and maintain the prescribed distance.
According to them, the six-seater Kopaonik cable car is currently used by three skiers, switchboards have been installed that prevent skiers from approaching each other and the guards are obliged to monitor compliance with the measures and warn all skiers who violate the rules.
They also affirm that all those who do not adhere to the measures will be removed from the queue and will not be able to board the cable car.

Let us remind you that epidemiologist Branislav Tiodorović supported the measures taken by Austria and Germany with regard to ski resorts, believing that it is too late to think about it because the arrangements are exhausted.
Since people are very interested in staying in the mountain centers, we can expect that there will be many people in an area at the same time, which represents an epidemiological risk, as was the case on “Black Friday”.
With these words, the epidemiologist Tiodorović, a member of the Crisis Team for the Suppression of Kovid 19, described his reaction to the images of people waiting in line for the opening of the ski season at the Kopaonik ski resort, which appeared in all the media three days ago.
