Entry into Bosnia and Herzegovina without a negative PCR test for corona virus is enabled for citizens of Montenegro and Croatia when they enter Bosnia and Herzegovina directly from the country of which they are citizens, as well as their spouses and minor children who are citizens from other countries, and the crew and cabin crew. whose final destination is Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In this way, truck drivers and co-drivers can enter during international road freight transport, as long as their stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina does not exceed 12 hours.

Crews of freight trains and ships in international traffic, diplomatic and consular personnel accredited in Bosnia and Herzegovina can enter without a negative test, and when entering Bosnia and Herzegovina, in addition to the diplomatic card of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they must possess and present a valid passport.

The same entry regime applies to civil protection services and equipment when their entry into Bosnia and Herzegovina is urgent and urgent, to members of the military forces of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and other countries participating in the Association for Peace and members of the NATO and EUFOR command in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Entry is also possible for heads of state and government and members of their delegations, whose arrival and departure from Bosnia and Herzegovina is announced to the Border Police through diplomacy or through the protocol of the competent body of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and for foreigners traveling through Bosnia and Herzegovina to return to the country of normal residence, without delay. on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

All mentioned foreign citizens are obliged to comply with and respect the instructions and orders of the competent bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the epidemiological and health services.
