The father of the late Damjan P., puzzled by the news, says that his son and daughter-in-law lived in harmony for more than 20 years and that they only had a fight half a year ago, and recently divorced.

– He couldn’t get over his departure. It dried up like a plant without it. They had everything, they both worked, they have two daughters, one almost got married and has a son. But here, the woman decided to leave him and go to live in the city. He said he couldn’t take care of all of us anymore. They were divorced on September 3. he was suffering and couldn’t get over it. I just begged him not to raise his hand for himself, or for her, and that’s what happened – says the father.
The first neighbor and distant cousin, Dragan Ilić, says that he knew Sasha and his family all his life, that they went hunting together and that Sasha was a man, for example, but the divorce hit him hard.

– When they had nothing and were poor, they were harmonious, like one. He got a job in a pipe factory, so he had an accident at work, lost his hand and entered a disability pension, then Milena, his wife, also got a job. He worked at Gramer. They had enough money but it was no longer enough for their happiness. She has left. He suspected that she had found someone – says neighbor Dragan Ilić.
