Hagen police discovered a group of drug dealers selling drugs through specialized websites in Germany, and the investigation included men from Serbia and Montenegro.
A multi-month investigation by Hagen police led to the arrest of a 38-year-old man from that German city, who, according to local media, owns an online pharmacy.
Except for the rank, the online drug sales site does not differ much from the legal pages: the ads contained a photo, below the prices and possible discounts, and customers could even click on the ad and rate the quality of a certain drug with an asterisk. The offer included everything: LSD, methamphetamine, heroin, amphetamine, MDMA …
Buyers received discounts when purchasing large quantities of drugs, payments were made in cryptocurrencies bitcoin and monero, and postal services would deliver the drugs within seven to ten days after ordering. The site could only be found on the so-called dark web.
“This means that this page could not be found through Google search engines,” explained Attorney General Dr. Gerhard Pauli.
The researchers said, writes Bild, that the site administrator guaranteed customers the quality of the products, good packaging so they wouldn’t go to waste, and discretion.
“On the home page, the appropriate products can be selected using the ‘buy’ button. The ‘product overview’ and ‘product table’ options provide a list of opiates offered with prices. After clicking on individual products , tables appear with information on how many times the product was sold ”, states in the joint statement of the prosecutor and the police, reports wp.de.
On the same day that the 38-year-old was arrested in Hagen after several months of secret surveillance, the police broke into two apartments in Hagen and Wuppertal and arrested two more suspects: a Montenegrin (33) and a Syrian (32) .
The premises of this “online company” where the drugs were stored were also discovered in Wuppertal. 2.1 kilograms of amphetamine paste, 1.2 kilograms of heroin, 6.1 kilograms of ecstasy, 1.1 kilograms of crystalline peppermint, 1 kilogram of cocaine, 8.8 kilograms of amphetamine oil and 2.5 kilograms of katma (substance found and seized). used to produce heroin).
The day before, investigators in Dortmund intercepted a Slovenian truck full of drugs driven by a Serbian driver.
The Serb was arrested after delivering seven large travel bags to the main suspect and his accomplice. Right after that, they were also arrested.
The bags contained 57 kilograms of marijuana and 25 kilograms of hashish. Searches continued in Olpe, Kirhunden, Dormund and Duisburg. The search resulted in the seizure of a liter of amphetamine oil, 15 kilograms of chemicals for the production of amphetamines, six kilograms of marijuana and 67,000 euros in cash, writes the portal wp.de.
A judge at the Hagen District Court ordered the arrest of those arrested.
