An eight-member criminal group of traffickers, which was exposed by arresting and seizing more than 15 kilograms of synthetic drugs, had a modus operandi that we have already seen with big “players” like Mladen Novaković (37) called Tocilo. Both Tocil’s and the recently arrested group avoided contact with their clients and came up with a plan that the police still managed to crack.
During a recent raid in which eight people were arrested, the police seized about 14 kilograms of amphetamines, about 1.7 kilograms of heroin, a small amount of cocaine and about three kilograms of a mixture to mix. In addition, some 28,000 euros were seized, which allegedly come from the sale of drugs, as well as three motor vehicles.
Police said it was a group of traffickers who sold heroin, amphetamine and cocaine in Belgrade and other cities in Serbia by first packing the drugs in a glass or plastic container and then burying them in a marked place. Then his clients, the clients, would arrive at the agreed place, dig up the containers and bring narcotics, and in the same container they would leave the money that was later taken by a group of merchants.
– Due to the existence of grounds to suspect that they committed criminal acts of association with the purpose of committing criminal acts and unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, RP (1986), DB (1989), UD (1987), NP ( 1990), ST (1998). ), JR (1985), S. Đ. (1970) and MG (1980) – announced yesterday.
As the Belgrade media reported meanwhile, these are two cooperating groups, one of which had five and the other three members. At the head of one was Petar R. (34), his wife Jelena (35) and mistress Sanela T. (22).
A few years before them, this way of dealing was already developed by the Mladenovac criminal Mladen Novaković (37) named Tocilo, otherwise from Amerić near Mladenovac.
Tocilo only crafted this plan up to a point, thinking it would manage to stay under the radar of the police for a long time, but he was arrested late last year in November. His group was seized 77 kilograms of high-purity heroin and 200 grams of cocaine.
Apart from Novaković, in one of the biggest actions of the Serbian police against heroin traffickers, as sources in the investigation told “Blic”, Sasa Nikolić and Velibor Cvetkov were also arrested at that time. The total value of the drugs seized is an incredible 5,000,000 euros.
He brought heroin from Turkey and then supplied half from Serbia
Tocilo worked transferring heroin, which he acquired in bulk (tens of kilograms) in Turkey, to Serbia, storing it and selling it to other criminal groups, who released it on the street after processing. Sources in “Blic” said that Tocilo supplied heroin to much of Serbia.
However, the drugs that were confiscated from him during the last arrest were hidden in barrels that were buried in the ground, so that they could not be seen with a superficial glance. The barrels were mostly buried in the vicinity of Mladenovac, far from his home, so he probably thought it would remain hidden from the eyes of the police for a long time.
They met only by the large numbers
The modus operandi, which was supposed to guarantee them at least some certainty that both Tocil and the recently arrested group would not be noticed, was mainly used when it came to smaller amounts of drugs destined for local distributors, but for the larger ones, they would meet with their clients.
