Cedomir Jovanovic continued to settle accounts with Svetlana Ceca Raznatovic on Facebook. He wrote a text accusing Ceca of cooperating with Zemun clan leaders.
Singer Svetlana Ceca Raznatovic is a key witness in the “Saber” police operation, in which she revealed the Zemun clan’s conspiracy against Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic. The Serbian government prime minister was assassinated on March 12, 2003, and Ceca was soon arrested, after which she recounted details during interrogation about how a criminal group on Schiller Street had been preparing to liquidate Djindjic for months. If Arkan’s widow had previously told police about her findings, perhaps the then-Prime Minister’s second murder in March would have been prevented. The largest Serbian police action “Saber” took place after the murder of Djindjic, at a time when a state of emergency was declared in the country. Raznatovic was among the 12,000 arrested due to close ties to Zemun clan leaders Dusan Spasojevic Shiptar and Mile Lukovic, as well as former commander of the Special Operations Unit Milorad Ulemek Legija. His close contacts, among other things, were witnessed by videos broadcast of the joint meetings of Ceca and the notorious “citizens of Zemun”.
After the arrest, SBPOK inspectors questioned the singer and she told him about the dramatic situation in the face of organized traffic near the Limes hall, where the main target was the Serbian Prime Minister. As she explained, she was following Obilić’s game at the stadium when Zemun clan leader Dušan Spasojević Shiptar called her and enthusiastically told her they had to see each other as soon as possible. She replied that she can’t right now because hers is playing an important game. Spasojevic insisted, saying it was urgent. She realized that she was burning under her feet and said to call her when she reached Obilić.
Arkan said that if he robbed the bank tomorrow, he would only be able to trust Ceca’s sister.
It wasn’t long before Ceci’s phone rang, Dusan was on the line. He has already arrived. The singer left the box briefly. In front of the stadium, Spasojevic and Lukovic were sitting in a black used car. As soon as they saw her coming, they got out of the vehicle. As she explained, Dusan seemed upset. He looked inside the vehicle and saw a stranger with extremely blonde hair in the back seat. The “intruder” in the back seat did not get out of the vehicle or say anything. Spasojevic then told him that they would need his help when something happened. Then, nervously, he began to explain how this (Prime Minister Djindjic) wants to arrest them all, and that, should something happen, he should, at first, briefly provide them with a box at his home. As he explained to the inspectors, he did not dare to say directly that he will not and cannot do it, but he started to get away with the fact that housewives and members of the security are staying at his house and that someone is will record safely. However, Spasojevic assured her that there was no reason to worry, that the matter would be resolved so that they would only stay with her for a short time and that she would appear so that no one in the house would notice them. Having nowhere to go, he said, he accepted. He then returned to the stadium, watched the end of the game, and recounted a dramatic conversation with “Zemun” leaders word for word to his sister Lidija. In the following days, he did not dare to turn off his mobile phone so as not to appear transparent, and on the other hand, he was afraid not to see Shiptar’s phone number on the screen. Nothing happened until February 21, when he heard on the news that an unsuccessful attack had been carried out against Prime Minister Djindjic.
“On the E-75 motorway near the Limes Hall in Belgrade, a truck with Austrian plates, for no apparent reason, abruptly changed direction and cut a convoy of vehicles carrying Serbian Prime Minister Dr. Zoran Djindjic, with members of the official delegation trip to Banja Luka. With the utmost sobriety of the Prime Minister’s driver, tragedy was avoided. The driver of the truck tried to escape the scene, “was the breaking news that day on all televisions. The truck, it turned out, was driven by a prominent member of the Zemun clan, Dejan Milenković Bagzi, who was soon arrested and then released into custody in unexplained circumstances. Bugzi will later become an associate witness against the Zemun clan in the process for the murder of the Serbian Prime Minister, as well as for his numerous murders and kidnappings.
The inspectors took Ceca’s testimony with a grain of salt, but his words were confirmed by the singer’s sister, Lidija Ocokoljić.
The inspectors questioning Ceca took her testimony with a grain of salt because they needed confirmation of everything she said. In the following days, they had a conversation with Ceca’s sister, Lidija Ocokoljić. However, she did not reveal anything to them. Lidija was spoken to continuously for at least six days, without success, and on the seventh day he finally broke down and recounted in detail everything Ceca confided to him about the meeting with Spasojevic in front of the Obilic stadium. Their stories coincided down to the last detail. The following day, the conversation with Ceca was conducted by the organized crime prosecutor, Jovan Prijić. Ceca said he would repeat everything he said to the inspectors at the cost of his life. That was how it was. Before giving an official statement to Prijic, one of the inspectors told Ceci that Lidija was a tough nut to crack and that she had been led to tell her what she had told him about Spasojevic and Lukovic.
Ceca said: “You know, my late husband used to say that if he robbed a bank tomorrow, he could only trust Lidija, because there is no chance of anyone extracting information from her.”
She spent four months in detention and, in protest at having been in the central prison of the Republic Square for so long, a support concert was held for Ceci in June 2003.
“If I had known I would end up in CZ and be the only football thief and then I would wear an icu nanogica. Well, I could have easily gotten lost too. You have to know what your next moves are, or be patient and quiet, like what I did, or to protest. But if I protested, I wouldn’t do anything. I don’t accept that. “I’m weak, I can’t.” No, you have to. Life is a continuous struggle. What I clung to, I’m fat paid “is one of Ceca’s statements after “Saber”.
Cecin CZ and “Valter”
During the search of the family home in Ljutice Bogdana 3, the police found and confiscated a large number of weapons. Ceca later claimed that there was a room in the house that only Arkan had access to and that she did not know what was in it. According to the confirmation of the articles seized on March 17, 2003, the police found an arsenal of weapons in the Raznatovic house, consisting of CZ99, “Luger”, VDZ, “Model 50” pistols, “Smith and Weson revolvers”, “Tropper”. various different types of bullets, a muffler for binoculars, binoculars, glasses, a knife, hat with slits, official handcuffs and thumb-cuffs, note files, dictaphone and more. Although Svetlana Raznatovic claimed that she did not know what was in the house, among the items seized were two lists of weapons in her name, for CZ and “Walter” pistols.
If I stole, I stole.
The popular singer settled with the Office of the Senior Prosecutor in Belgrade and admitted that she illegally appropriated money from the transfer of soccer players from FC Obilić to foreign clubs in exchange for a year of house arrest and 1.5 million euros in fines.
The settlement also covers his sister Lidija Ocokoljic, who agreed with the prosecution to admit that she helped her sister embezzle with the transfer of soccer players in exchange for six months of house arrest. The High Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade filed an indictment against Svetlana – Ceca Raznatovic on suspicion that she and her associates illegally seized some DM 4 million and more than USD 3 million from the transfer of FC Obilic soccer players to foreign clubs. After eight years of investigation, which has expanded several times, except for Raznatovic, the accusation covers his sister Lidija for the illegal sale of 10 soccer players and former managers of FC Obilic Dragisa Binic and Jovan Dimitrijevic for selling a player. . Following the indictment, the Office of the Superior Prosecutor ordered a financial investigation against Raznatovic and his associates to determine if his assets exceeded his legally earned income. An investigation was launched in April 2003 against Raznatovic for illegal possession of weapons, as he was arrested in Operation “Saber” and several firearms were found in the village where he lived.
P ** k, you don’t know who is behind me.
FC Mladi’s proletarian director Aleksandar Olarević also sued Ceca and the wife of his sister Lidija, soccer player Predrag Ocokoljić, for violent behavior and various death threats, as described in the supplement to Olarević’s criminal report. . The indictment of the First Basic Court in Belgrade states that Raznatovic insulted Olarevic: “Damn, you’re robbing a club from my orphans, if Arkan were alive, you certainly wouldn’t do that.” He also added, according to the indictment, “You don’t know who is behind me, what people and what institutions.”
She did not admit the loan.
The Belgrade High Court rejected the claim of Vojislav Đurković, former Arkan comrade-at-arms from Bijeljina, against Ceca, for which he asked him to pay a debt of 116,000 euros with interest. She returned that money to her late husband Zeljko Raznatovic Arkan in 1997. In the repeated proceeding, which has lasted more than a decade and a half, the court stated that there is no evidence on the basis of which it can be established with certainty that the plaintiff actually He lent this amount to Arkan. Previously, in late 2011, the former Second Municipal Court passed a verdict in favor of kourković and ordered the singer to return the requested money. The first base court ruled that Ceca had to sell the floor of the house on Ljutice Bogdana Street, about 140 square meters, to collect the debt. However, his lawyer appealed to the Supreme Court of Cassation, which reversed the verdict and ordered a new trial. Djurkovic, outraged by the verdict, announced that he would appeal to the Human Rights Court in Strasbourg.
“I honestly didn’t expect a different verdict, considering that Ceca is protected like a polar bear. Whatever the government in Serbia, it always goes unpunished.”
