Nikola A. (17) and Đorđe I. (18) suffered head injuries when the owner of the “H2O” pool, Ivan M. (43), physically assaulted them at his birthday party and inflicted head injuries. .
Last night around 11pm, the Nis Basic Prosecutor’s Office conducted an investigation in Niška Banja, at the entrance to Školska česma 9a, in the swimming pool where the incident took place.
– The pool owner who attended the birthday party around 10:45 pm slapped a child, no one knows why. Nikola A. suffered a skull fracture, which is a serious and life-threatening injury, while her friend was slightly injured – says the source of “Blic”.
As we learned, after a brief discussion with the guests whom he rented a swimming pool for in order to celebrate his 18th birthday, Ivan struck Nikola A. with a metal hammer in the area of his left temple, provoking him serious bodily injury.
In addition, he inflicted injuries to George I in the form of bruises on the frontal area of the head, for which the doctors did not comment on the degree of injuries.
Ivan M. was arrested for committing the crime of serious bodily injury and had previously been convicted of committing crimes involving elements of violence.
