Dr. Kon spoke urgently during the night, remember his words!

Crisis staff member and epidemiologist Predrag Kon took to his Facebook account and asked citizens to adhere to the measures to combat the coronavirus over the weekend.

According to the latest report, a record 2,412 citizens out of 12,617 tested positive for the corona virus in Serbia and 6 people died. There are 53 ventilator patients in hospitals across Serbia.

– Patients who were infected on Friday and Saturday nights (last weekend) are starting to register. Don’t plan for an increased risk of infection for the upcoming weekend. Avoid mass gatherings, especially parties with loud music and singing. Keep healthy! Risk contacts prohibited! Everyone needs you, especially your loved ones, and you are important. – Kon wrote.

He reiterated that “there are no jokes with kovid” and asked citizens to stay home.

– When you go out, wear a mask, especially indoors – Kon added.

A member of the Crisis Staff warned on Wednesday that the situation in Belgrade was unfavorable, with a tendency to worsen. According to him, the coronavirus will be very active in the capital this week and next, from where it will spread to other countries.
