He explained on his Facebook profile that the figure is very similar to that of Slovakia, where, as he said, about “one percent of the population is contagious.”
– This would mean that at any party with more than 100 people with uncontrolled contacts, speaking loudly or singing, the probability of becoming infected is extremely high. Slovakia tested 3.6 million people with a rapid antigen test and found that 1% at the time of the test were contagious – Kon wrote.
In the past 24 hours, 2,112 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in 8,299 people tested in Serbia and 10 people died. 2,549 people were hospitalized and 106 patients on ventilators in hospitals across Serbia.
According to the website Covid-19.rs, since the beginning of the pandemic in Serbia, 62,747 people have been infected with the corona virus.
So far, a total of 1,421,154 people have been tested and 890 people have died.
