A child (7) who was injured on Sunday when he was hit by a train in Sremska Mitrovica succumbed to his injuries at Tirsova Hospital.
– The child arrived at the clinic in serious condition, unconscious and with life-threatening injuries. He was admitted to the intensive care unit, but with all the doctor’s efforts to save him, he still succumbed to his injuries, we were told at the hospital.
The boy’s mother posted on Facebook and dedicated a message to her son.
– You are always a winner, angel !!!!!! Forever !!! How could you enjoy every moment … We love you – wrote the unhappy mother.
Let us remind you, the accident happened at the crossing in the Mala Bosna settlement in Sremska Mitrovica, when the train hit a child. Apparently the boy was with his mother and was supposed to be near the rails.
