He affirmed that if the salary of health workers begins to be in danger, then the medical part of the Crisis Staff is reluctant and that they must accept that they are together in the Crisis Staff with the economic part.

– There are some things that are completely unreal. Someone who thinks about celebrating the New Year is unrealistic. I would like everyone to celebrate well, but that’s not realistic – Kon explained, adding that he’s interested in who will insist that Criss headquarters hold the New Years celebrations.

– It is a political decision to introduce PCR tests now. It couldn’t have happened before, that’s the point. I feel drained after crisis staff sessions, but balance and argumentation from various sides is necessary. I think we listen to each other in the sessions. It states that according to the vaccination plan that was drawn up, the most threatened category are health workers, employees of nursing homes and then the users of nursing homes themselves.

– It is clear in detail what the priority is. The distribution and use of these vaccines should now be agreed in detail. This will require good coordination from everyone. The vaccine is binding on everyone who works with patients, especially those who do not have covid, Kon said.

He says there was a dilemma whether crisis personnel should have been vaccinated first.

– I’m ready, I think it would be a good message, but we will work according to the operational plan. The phases according to which they will be vaccinated have also been determined, based on the number of doses of vaccines – emphasized Kon.
